How-To-Use the Image Collage Creator
1. Select Your Images
Click the Select Images field and choose two or more images from your device. You can select multiple files at once by holding Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) while selecting. The tool supports most common image formats such as JPG, PNG, and WebP.
2. Choose a Layout
Use the Layout dropdown to determine how your images will be arranged:
- Grid – Places images in a balanced grid layout.
- Single Row – Arranges all images horizontally.
- Single Column – Stacks images vertically.
3. Set the Canvas Size
Select a predefined canvas size such as 800×600, 1024×768, or 1920×1080 depending on where you plan to use the collage.
If you need a custom output size, enter your preferred Width and Height values in pixels using the custom size fields.
4. Adjust Image Spacing
Enter the amount of spacing (in pixels) between images using the Spacing field.
- 0 px creates a seamless collage.
- 5–15 px provides a clean, modern look.
- 20–50 px creates larger gaps between images.
5. Preview Your Selection
After selecting your images, the preview section displays the files that will be included in the collage. Verify that the correct images have been selected before generating the final result.
6. Create the Collage
Click the Create Collage button to combine your selected images into a single collage using the chosen layout, canvas size, and spacing settings.
7. Save the Finished Collage
Once processing is complete, the generated collage appears in the results section. You can preview the final image and download it to your device for sharing, printing, presentations, social media, or personal projects.
What image formats are supported?
The tool accepts most common image formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and other formats supported by your web browser.
How many images can I combine?
You can select multiple images at once. The maximum number depends on your browser's available memory and the size of the uploaded images.
Does the tool resize my images?
Yes. Images are automatically arranged and resized to fit within the selected canvas while maintaining the chosen layout.
What canvas size should I choose?
Use smaller sizes for web pages and social media previews, and larger sizes such as 1920×1080 for high-resolution presentations, wallpapers, or printing.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
If the tool runs entirely in your browser, your images remain on your device throughout the collage creation process, providing faster processing and improved privacy.
The collage is not being created
Ensure that you have selected at least two images and that each file is a supported image format before clicking Create Collage.
The output image looks blurry
Increase the canvas size or use higher-resolution source images to produce a sharper collage.
Images appear too close together
Increase the Spacing value to create more separation between images in the collage.
The collage takes a long time to generate
Very large or high-resolution images require more processing time. Consider reducing the number of images or resizing them before creating the collage for faster performance.
Some images don't appear correctly
Verify that the selected files are valid image files and are not damaged. If the issue persists, try using a different image format such as JPG or PNG.
